Your purchase will be delivered to you via the email you provide, in a ZIP file. A desktop or laptop to is required to download your files. Once downloaded, unzip the folder. Then you can airdrop/ upload or email the files to your device of choice.

You can contact us once we have received this information we will proceed with repairing any errors or bugs and provide you with an amended replacement product.
